Takedown Fight Media Business Divisions
Through our primary subsidiary Takedown Fight Media Inc., all operations are structured around four business divisions, collectively responsible for executing the corporate business strategy. These divisions are involved in: 1) identifying investment, acquisition and licensing opportunities, 2) building relationships with fight promoters, fighters, digital media publishers, licensees and advertisers, 3) developing, distributing and licensing all products and services, and 4) creating and marketing the Takedown brand.
Televised Entertainment
Takedown works with MMA fight promoters around the world to film mixed martial arts content and produce premium live, delayed and on-demand programming on a continual basis for the world’s major broadcasters, cable and satellite operators, and distributors. Division revenues consist principally of television rights fees, pay-per-view fees, and on-demand fees.
Digital Media
Takedown works with MMA fight promoters, fighters and digital media publishers to leverage their content and distribute Takedown programming, products and advertising across all digital media platforms including Internet, mobile, and game consoles. Division revenues consist principally of online pay-per-view fees, on-demand fees, and merchandise sales.
Consumer Products
Takedown works with MMA fight promoters, manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers to produce, market and sell home entertainment and merchandise under the Takedown brand and fight promoter brands. Division revenues consist principally of the direct sales of DVDs and royalties or license fees from apparel, accessories and other products.
Sales & Sponsorships
Through our aggregation of rights, Takedown offers cross-platform marketing opportunities to the world’s major advertisers and sponsors including live MMA fight event signage and sponsorship, television ads and product placement, and digital media ads and branded entertainment.
