LONDON, UK – Takedown Entertainment Inc. (OTCBB: TKDN) is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, Fight Rights Licensing Inc., has signed a License and Distribution Agreement with FightWorld Inc. of Evansville, Indiana, USA.

The agreement with FightWorld includes the worldwide distribution rights to The Best of ADCC (Abu Dhabi Combat Club) tournament series in the years from 1998 – 2005 and showcased such MMA legends as UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship) Hall-of-Fame fighters Tito Ortiz and Matt Hughes. FightWorld archives also include the complete Hook N Shoot events series which featured an abundance of current mixed martial artists such as Hermes Franco, Meisha Tate and Travis Lutter. LONDON – Takedown Entertainment Inc. (OTCBB: TKDN) announced today that its subsidiary, Fight Rights Licensing Inc., has signed a License and Distribution Agreement with Extreme Fighting Challenge (“EFC”), an MMA fight promotion based in Prince George, British Columbia, Canada.

The agreement includes the worldwide distribution rights to the Extreme Fighting Challenge archives, a series of Mixed martial arts events that ran from 2002 to 2010, and showcased many MMA athletes including Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) challengers Jake Ellenberger, Rory MacDonald and Jason MacDonald, Kajan Johnson from Maximum Fighting Championship, International Fight League veteran Matt Horwich, and the legendary Jose Landi-Jons.
